These Terms and Conditions apply to all professional services provided ARM Abogados and Kaminada Fiscal and are supplementary to any specific agreement entered into between ARM Abogados and Kaminada Fiscal and the Client, which will prevail over this document in the event of any discrepancy between the two.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all users who access or use the Website, regardless of whether they engage the Firm’s services. By using the Website, users confirm that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and continued use of the Website implies acceptance of any changes. The Client is responsible for regularly reviewing the Terms and Conditions of Use. If these terms, conditions, and provisions are not acceptable to the Client in full, the Client must immediately terminate the use of this site.
Liability and Insurance
The information provided on the Website does not constitute legal or tax advice and should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional consultation. ARM Abogados shall not be held responsible for any actions taken based on the content of the Website without prior legal consultation.
ARM Abogados shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special or incidental damage or loss arising from the use of or inability to use this Website, including loss of business or profits or anticipated savings, loss or corruption of data, loss caused by a virus, loss of or property damage, claims of third parties, fines or penalties levied by any taxing or other authority or any other loss or damage.
ARM Abogados accepts no responsibility for any information that is provided to us (including any inaccuracies therein) or any failure by the Client to provide all information required in connection with the request for Services. Information provided on our Website is not intended to be legal advice but merely conveys general information related to legal issues and services commonly encountered. ARM Abogados shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, lost profits, loss of business, or any other financial loss, arising out of or in connection with the provision of services. The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless ARM Abogados, its partner Kaminada Fiscal, employees, and agents, from and against all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to the client's instructions or the client’s failure to comply with any applicable law or regulation.
Data Protection and Processing
ARM Abogados complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (EU) 2016/679 and consequently, the Spanish Law 3/2018 on Personal Data Protection (LOPDGDD), when dealing with all data received from Clients. We will ensure that Clients’ personal information is stored securely and we will not provide the personal information to any third parties, except to Kaminada Fiscal when necessary to provide the services under the Agreement. Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.
Accordingly, despite our efforts to protect client's personal information ARM Abogados cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information Clients transmit to us, or to or from our online services. Clients transmit all such information at their own risk. However, once we receive Client transmission, we make our best effort to ensure its security on our systems.

Confidentiality
Professionals working for or on behalf of ARM Abogados are subject to professional secrecy. All correspondence, opinions, procedural documents, etc. sent by us to the Client or to third parties in the context of the professional services are done so under the express condition that the Client respects confidentiality.
In accordance with applicable legal and professional rules, ARM Abogados is subject to a strict obligation of confidentiality with respect to the information provided by the Client.
Money Laundering Act
ARM Abogados and Kaminada Fiscal comply with its legal obligations arising from the Act 10/2010 of 28 April, on the prevention of money laundering and terrorist financing, and the limitation on the use of cash involving identification of the Client or its services.
The Client undertakes to spontaneously provide any document allowing the establishment of his/her identity and authorizes the lawyer to take a copy. When the nature of the case and its services impose on ARM Abogados an obligation of enhanced vigilance, the Client undertakes to answer any question from us enabling it to comply with its legal obligations in terms of the fight against money laundering and the financing of terrorism. ARM Abogados is required to inform the President of the Bar as soon as it becomes aware of facts that it suspects to be related to money laundering or terrorist financing. The President of the Bar shall, if necessary, forward the report of suspicion to Financial Intelligence Processing Unit “SEPBLAC” (Servicio Ejecutivo de la Comisión de Prevención del Blanqueo de Capitales e Infracciones Monetarias). ARM Abogados reserves the right to terminate its intervention or services in case of lack of cooperation from the Client, regardless of whether services have already been performed prior to the lack of cooperation and without prejudice to the Client's obligation to pay for legal services performed and other expenses incurred prior to the termination.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Usage of this site, its contents, and any services provided by us will be governed and construed by the laws of Spain.
ARM Abogados and the Client agree that any disputes, disagreements, questions, or complaints arising out of, or relating to the present contract, directly or indirectly, notwithstanding mandatory rules of court jurisdiction, shall be definitively settled by binding arbitration by the Elche Bar Association, to which administration of the arbitration and the designation of the arbiter is entrusted by its regulations. And subsequently, to the Spanish Courts.
Inapplicability
If any provision or part of any provision of and Conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, all other provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
The Client may not invoke the fact that no formal contract of services has been drawn up to contest the payment of fees; in this case, the extent of the Client's consent to ARM’S Agreements shall be determined in accordance with the Service Agreement.
